Welcome to a world of convenience with secure Internet access to your Credit Union accounts 24-hours a day! Online Teller allows you to log on from home or work and:

    • Transfer money between shares and loans,
    • See if a check has cleared and view cancelled checks,

    • Stop payment on a check,
    • Find out year-to-date tax information,
    • and MORE!

Members can use Online Teller to access different member accounts (their child's account, for example), known as Cross Accounts, to transfer funds from one account to another. To apply for cross account access click here.

With FREE Bill Pay, you can:
  • Safely and quickly pay your bills electronically and at your convenience through your computer. You can pay your bills one at a time or all at once. You can even schedule automatic recurring payments - up to a year in advance.
  • Save time and money—no more checks or stamps, running to the post office, or worrying about late fees
  • Review pending payments and have access to your full payment history.
  • Edit payments anytime before the process date
  • Sign up through Online Teller; simply click on the Bill Pay button

To use Bill Pay you must have Online Teller access, and a checking account. If you do not have these services or are unsure if you have them please call 417.862.0471 or 888.430.7199, or visit one of our offices.

login to your Online Teller account and click on the Bill Pay icon to enroll.

eAlerts! allow you to be notified electronically to your email or cell phone whenever changes you specify occur to your Community Financial Credit Union account. You can select eAlerts! to notify you in the event of:

  • Federal Regulation D Transfer Limits
  • Low Balance
  • Direct Deposit Received
  • Specific Check # Cleared
  • Large Debit Card or ATM Transaction
  • Automatic Withdrawal
  • Insufficient Funds
  • Loan Payment Due

There's no fee for the eAlerts! service and there is no limit to the number of eAlerts! you can select.

eAlerts! Are Fast

The eAlert service sends notification of account events you've selected, usually within minutes of the actual transaction. No more waiting on mailed notices!

eAlerts! Keep You In Touch

eAlerts! keep you in touch with your accounts. Please note, though, that eAlerts:

  • Do not prevent account events from occurring.
  • Are issued only once per account event you select.
  • Cannot be guaranteed to be issued or arrive within a certain time period of any account event.

While we make every effort to deliver the eAlert notifications you select in the most timely manner available, the unpredictable nature of unsecured Internet communication prevents us from being responsible in any way if notification is received late or not at all.

Requirements

You must be a member of Community Financial Credit Union. You must also sign up for this service. You must have access to a computer with Internet access and a Secure Sockets Layer-compatible browser. The typical home user would use a home computer, a modem, an SSL-compatible browser such as Netscape Navigator, and a dial-up account with an Internet service. We recommend Netscape Navigator 6.2.2 or higher and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5.0 or higher. Unix and Macintosh versions of these browsers will also work with Online Teller (we recommend using the most current versions).
